Here’s how we make it happen: Music to Spark Memories We tailor each playlist to suit your residents, featuring beloved hits from decades past. From classic crooners to the big-band sound, our music is chosen to spark nostalgia, lift spirits, and get those toes tapping! An Engaging Host Who Knows How to Connect Our friendly hosts are pros at creating a warm, lively atmosphere. They lead sing-alongs, gentle dance moves, and even light-hearted games to get everyone involved in a way that feels comfortable and fun for them. Expect smiles, laughter, and plenty of happy moments. Playful Props for Extra Fun We bring along props like feather boas, funky glasses, and glow sticks to add a touch of whimsy. These little extras encourage residents to get into the spirit, adding colour, laughter, and a lot of personality to the day. Hassle-Free Setup and Take Down Our team handles everything, from setting up the headsets and sound equipment to providing props and prepping the space. We arrive early to ensure everything runs smoothly, so your staff can enjoy the event right alongside residents. How to Book Booking your silent disco event is easy! Simply click the button below, choose your location from the list to check availability, then pick a date that works best for you. Once you’re set, our booking system will confirm the details and make sure your disco is ready to go.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone and are subject to availability. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with all event details. PAYMENT TERMS No Deposit Required: Care homes do not need to pay upfront. Invoicing: An invoice will be issued on the day of the event. Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within 28 days of the event. CANCELLATIONS Client Cancellations: Notify us in writing. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. Cancellations by Sweet Silent Disco: In the unlikely event we cancel, a full refund will be provided. EVENT SET-UP & REQUIREMENTS Our team will arrive 30-60 minutes before the event for setup. A safe and accessible power source must be provided at the event location. LIABILITY Clients are responsible for guest safety during the event. Any misuse causing damage to our equipment may result in additional charges. PHOTOGRAPHY Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless guests request otherwise in advance.
