What is Sweet Silent Disco?

Our fully hosted sessions bring people together through music, movement and laughter—with everyone joining in their own way. It’s a totally immersive experience, allowing participants to feel fully connected to the music and the moment.

Volume to suit each person. Each headset can be adjusted individually, so residents can enjoy the music at a comfortable level.

The music can reach beyond one room. Within the equipment’s wireless range, residents can enjoy the same songs wherever they feel comfortable—including those who prefer a quieter space or are being cared for in their rooms. Unlike a standard disco, you aren’t stuck in one room with loud music. If anyone wants a break, they can simply take off their headphones, observe what’s happening and still feel part of the session.

Everyone is welcome. Seated or standing, dancing, singing or simply listening—there’s no pressure to take part in a particular way. Our facilitators adapt the session around the people involved, with support from the care team.

Filmed at the wonderful Park View Care Home in Gloucester, where the dedicated wellbeing team delivers a packed programme of activities. We’re delighted that Sweet Silent Disco features regularly, adding music, fun and connection to the amazing work they already do.

Bringing people together through music. Mark Sweeting, Founder of Sweet Silent Disco
